By accessing and using the BFount website or entering into any partnership agreement with BFount Network Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
BFount provides B2B sales operations, inbound call infrastructure, media buying, telecom distribution, and publisher network services. Specific terms for each service are agreed in writing prior to campaign launch.
All partners, publishers, and vendors agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines, and all applicable FCC and FTC regulations.
BFount's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

BFount Network Ltd is fully committed to compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all related FCC regulations. The following procedures are in place across all campaigns.
All call and text message campaigns require prior express written consent from consumers before contact is initiated. Consent records are maintained and available for audit.
All contact lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry in real-time before any outreach. Publisher traffic is monitored for DNC violations.
All calls are restricted to 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM local time of the called party, in compliance with TCPA requirements.
All publishers and affiliates in the BFount network are required to maintain their own TCPA compliance documentation and are contractually bound to operate within TCPA guidelines as a condition of network membership.
