These terms apply to your use of the BFOUNT Sales & Marketing Academy (“the Academy”), operated by BFOUNT LLC, Sarasota, Florida, USA. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share logins or certificates.
Free access
The Academy is free. We may add, change or remove courses and features at any time, and we may introduce optional paid programmes in future — we will never charge you without your clear agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell or republish course content, videos or templates as your own. You may use the templates and what you learn in your own work and for your clients.
- Do not attempt to cheat exams, scrape the site, overload it or access other people’s accounts.
- Projects you submit must be your own work and must not contain other people’s confidential or personal data.
Community
You are responsible for what you post. Be respectful; no spam, self-promotion, illegal content, personal data about others or misleading claims. Answers come from other learners and practitioners — they are not professional, legal or financial advice. We may hide or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. By posting you allow us to display your post in the Academy.

Applying is free and does not guarantee work, payment or a partnership. Any work with BFOUNT or its partners is agreed separately, in writing.
Certificates
Certificates confirm that you completed a course’s lessons and passed its final exam. They are not a licence, qualification or accreditation from any government or professional body. We may withdraw certificates obtained by cheating or misuse.
Educational content only
Lessons are general education. They are not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Advertising, privacy, telemarketing and consumer protection rules change and differ by country and industry — get professional advice before acting on compliance topics. Examples and case studies are illustrative; results vary.
Videos and AI
Lesson videos are animated and narrated with a synthetic (AI-generated) voice, or with your browser’s built-in voice. Some content may be prepared with the help of AI tools and is reviewed by our team.
Intellectual property
The Academy, its courses, videos, text and design belong to BFOUNT LLC or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks (for example Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic) belong to their owners and are used only to describe their products; the Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
The Academy is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, BFOUNT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on course content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by emailing partner@bfount.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be removed.
