In this lesson you’ll learn to
- I understand BPO, EOR and own-entity models
- I chose a model for my stage
- My contract covers data, audits and exit terms
Option 1: BPO partner
You pay a per-agent hourly or monthly rate; the BPO hires, houses and manages agents. Fastest start and lowest risk, but less control over hiring, culture and data, and margins go to the partner.
Option 2: Employer of record (EOR)
An EOR legally employs people for you in-country and handles payroll and compliance, while you manage the work. Good for remote teams or small pods; you must still provide equipment, security and management.
Option 3: Your own entity and site
Register a local company, lease seats or an office, and hire directly. Most control and best long-term economics at scale, but the highest set-up effort: registration, tax, benefits, facilities and local management.
A common path
• Start with a BPO or EOR pilot.
• Prove conversion and quality for 3–6 months.
• Move to your own sit
