Why welcome emails matter
New subscribers are at peak interest. Welcome emails usually get far higher open and click rates than regular campaigns, so this is where first sales happen.
A simple 5-email sequence
• Deliver and welcome (immediately): the promised offer, who you are, what to expect.
• Your story or the problem (day 1–2): why you do this and the customer pain you solve.
• Proof (day 3): a customer story or before/after with numbers.
• The offer (day 4–5): a clear next step — book, buy, get a quote — with a reason to act.
• Objections and last call (day 6–7): answer the top doubts and repeat the offer.
Writing tips
• One idea and one call to action per email.
• Write like a person: plain text-style emails often beat heavy
