Save your best prompts as templates so great results become repeatable.

In this lesson you’ll learn to

  • I saved my best prompts as templates with slots
  • Each template has an example and checks
  • My library is shared and versioned
  • I track time saved and results

What goes in a library

Prompts you use weekly: customer research from reviews, ad headlines, cold emails, call-script reviews, campaign analysis, meeting summaries, content outlines and social posts.

Template format

• Name and purpose.

• The prompt with slots in brackets: [audience], [offer], [proof], [tone].

• Example input and output.

• What to check before using the result.

• Version and owner — improve it when you find something better.

Where to keep it

A shared document, a Notion or Google Drive folder, saved Projects in ChatGPT or Claude, or custom GPTs and assistants for the most common tasks.

Measure the gain

Track time saved and results (click rate, reply rate, conversion) when the team uses the templates.
