In this lesson you’ll learn to
- Setup settings are checked and fixed
- GA4 is installed once and verified
- 2–4 key events are tracked and tested
- One campaign is UTM-tagged across two channels
- My report compares with the previous period
- My report ends with one insight and one action
What to deliver
• Setup check: property settings (time zone, currency), single installation confirmed in Realtime, data retention extended, internal traffic filtered.
• Key events: 2–4 key events, how each is tracked, and a test screenshot from DebugView.
• UTM plan: tagged links for one campaign across at least two channels, recorded in a spreadsheet.
• Weekly report: users, sessions by channel, key events by channel and key event rate — compared with the previous period.
• Insight and action: one finding and the change you would make next week.
How it is reviewed
A strong project is accurate (settings and events really work), focused (only the events that matter) and actionable (the report ends with a clear next step).
