Google Business Profile
• Choose the most accurate primary category, plus relevant secondary ones.
• Complete every field: hours, services, service areas, description, phone, website.
• Add real photos regularly.
• Post updates and offers.
• Answer questions.
Reviews
Ask every happy customer for a review with a direct link. Reply to every review — thank positive ones and respond calmly to negative ones. Never buy or fake reviews; it breaks platform rules and consumer protection laws.
NAP consistency
Keep your Name, Address and Phone identical across your website, Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Facebook and directories.
Local pages
Create genuinely useful pages for each location or service area you serve — with local details, projects and reviews — not copies with the town name changed.
Track calls
